It has been a while since I’ve taken any photos and I felt I ought to try, even if nothing succeeded. The overnight snow was heavier than anyone forecast and I figured it might make for a picturesque scene in a wooded area not far from me. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy and grey all day, making the lighting flat. It didn’t help that I packed lenses that can also be difficult to use.
