Two days of rain at temperatures around the freezing point have covered much of the city with ice. A lot of tree limbs and whole trees have fallen, as have power lines that have left much of the city dark and cold. But on a local level, it can be beautiful. These aren’t the most inspiring photos, but they are the first I’ve taken in a while.
